❓ Is the deposit refundable?
Yes — anytime before Dec 1. After that, it becomes non-refundable and applies fully toward tuition.

 

❓ Does this include equipment?
No — equipment is not included in tuition.
However, you will receive:

✅ Discount codes for approved vendors
✅ Step-by-step setup video
✅ Options for different budgets
✅ Exact list of what is required vs optional
✅ Personal support choosing your machine

(Students typically spend $1,700-2,900 depending on the equipment level they choose.)

 

❓ When do I need to buy my equipment?
A purchase instructional list and video will be provided upon your registration. Our forst week of class jan 21st will be all about set up so having the equipment delivered to you by Jan 20th the latest is required.

❓ What if I have my own equipment?

That’s totally fine — you can still take the course!
If you already own a medical-grade ozone unit with an oxygen source, you’re welcome to use your existing setup. However, because every system is different, you will need to schedule a 1:1 equipment orientation call with Amanda. this is an additional private training call that will be a charge of $200 to book. 
During this call, she will:

• Review your current equipment for compatibility

• Advise you on any required additions or modifications

• Ensure your setup is safe, complete, and ready for professional use

Some units may need extra components, adapters, or replacement parts — but in most cases, we can work with what you already have.

✅ Minimum requirement: a medical-grade ozone generator + oxygen source
⚠️ Note: Not all machines on the market meet safety standards. This is why we verify before training begins.

🛑 Important Details on Hybrid Option:

✅ Only 3 hybrid seats max
✅ Travel + lodging not included ( I will supply budget friendly options for lodging and car rentals)
✅ Can not refund upgrade beyond Feb 1st
✅ Must complete Weeks 1–8 before attending in person immersion

❓Is the Hybrid required?
No — Online certification is complete on its own. Hybrid is optional for those who want in-clinic confidence and supervised practice.
