She provides a nurturing space as well as expert skill, grounded guidance and sensitive awareness. Her integrative and intuitive approach weaves multiple massage modalities throughout her sessions. In addition she loves to facilitate energy work and offer deeply rooted wisdom in clearing and cleansing methods for the mind, body and soul.

Integrative Massage Therapy Using an array of modalities such as deep tissue, craniosacral therapy and Swedish techniques. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body and a sense of well-being. I will personalize each of your sessions so you are getting the massage specific to your needs!
